You get all the benefits and customization of working with The Organizing Company, whether you’re in rural Arkansas or New York City.

We assess each job to determine the number of organizers and time needed to get things just right.

 

The Investment

In order to make travel organizing feasible for us, there are a few extra expenses required:


 

• Payment for travel time flying/driving, etc from our doorstep to yours for each Organizer at our hourly rate.

• Travel expense reimbursement: Gas, flights, parking fees/Uber to airport, rental car (must include collision and damage coverage), $0.30/mile if we’re traveling in our own vehicles, etc.

• Overnight accommodations: Hotel or AirBnb (separate room for each Organizer). Must include a kitchenette with at least a fridge and microwave. For trips over 7 days, a full kitchen and washer & dryer are required.

• Meal reimbursement or Per Diem.

• Non-travel days require a minimum of 6 working hours, maximum of 9. Normally, we average 7.5 hours/day.

• Should the client require that an Organizer work more than 12 hours in one non-travel day, or 40 hours in one calendar week, the rate will be time and a half for all overtime hours.

• For jobs over seven days, we require weekends off. We’re only human!
