I mentioned in another blog recently that I downsized to 731 square feet, losing about half my space. And, honestly, it’s been great. Not only is my new home laid out better so my kitchen doubled in size, but I’ve worked really hard to practice good organizing principles to keep my space from feeling too cozy.
