Who We Are
[ life's better when it's put together ]
The Organizing Co. was started by Christina Morton to provide real solutions to everyday people. Christina was trained and mentored by Certified Professional Organizers, and is well on her way to become certified herself (testing this year!). She worked for another company as an organizer for almost 2.5 years before branching out to start The Organizing Co. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, and strives to practice what she preaches.
Christina understands the stress and side effects that come from a disorganized home and life. Working with kids in various capacities for five years allowed her to see the difference organization and routine make in keeping a space livable- and a person sane! She believes that organization does not have to be tacky, sterile, or boring; but that it should show personality, creativity, and style. Her passion is seeing beauty and creativity meet efficiency and functionality in her organization, and she loves finding unique and untraditional storage solutions. She loves working with clients to create solutions that free them up to enjoy their homes and families more!
Christina’s background includes a degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Harding University, a certificate of Youth and Family Ministry from The Kanakuk Institute, five years in youth ministry at a parachurch organization, and 2.5 years organizing for a Denver company. She also worked at a clothing boutique (Check out Bohme.com for a wardrobe update!) and as a substitute teacher. Besides her love for organizing, Christina loves DIY projects, decorating, flea markets, traveling, Jimmy Fallon, and game nights.
The Organizing Co. hires people who are natural organizers, who are non-judgmental, and who are great with people! Contact Careers@TheOrganizingCo.com if you're interested in a career organizing others!
The Organizing Co. just hired two incredible employees! Both these women were trained by Certified Professional Organizers and have 4-5 years of experience with clients. I organized with them for over two years before starting my own company, and I respect them not only as organizers, but as people. They are kind, caring, and honest. And they both have a great sense of humor! Here's a little more about them:
Tory Fermon-Gault is married with two sweet teenage daughters. She and her family live in Broomfield and she'll be taking clients within 20 minutes of her home. She is the fastest organizer I have ever worked with and was an unofficial mentor for me during my first two years organizing. She is decisive, compassionate, and a great leader. You'll love her!
Jessica Custodio is married with two littles, aged 3 and 5. She and her family live in the Aurora/Centennial area and she'll be taking clients in a 45 minute radius of her home. She's fun, hilarious, and super organized! Once she shared how she and her husband tackle mail in their household, and I still recommend it to clients. You'll love her!
